Jerry answered the phone on my first call and he was quick to respond to any text messages. His service, experience, and knowledge were beyond exceptional and he made me feel very reassured throughout the whole process. I have two dogs and there was a skunk tearing through our yard. Aside from the damage from it digging, I didn’t want the dogs getting sprayed. Jerry met with me at the exact time I had requested and explained everything. The skunk was trapped within 3 days and he was out to remove it within about 2 hours of me telling him the skunk was trapped. I hope I don’t need him in the future, but if I do, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Between fair pricing, exceptional service, and knowledge, this is the company to use.
